Daniel de Pauli is a specialist in agribusiness risk management and rural insurance, with 17 years’ experience in rural claims. He holds a degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering (UFV) and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Mechanisation (Esalq/USP). He is currently a claims manager at Sombrero Seguros, with extensive experience in the digitalisation of claims handling, utilising satellite imagery and artificial intelligence.

A versatile professional, with a degree in Advertising from UNISA and a specialisation in Digital Media from ESPM. He has over 25 years’ professional experience, having worked across Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Sales and Marketing. His work is characterised by a multidisciplinary and innovative approach to business, built on experience with brands of various sizes and across different sectors. He combines strategic thinking, creativity and the ability to connect people, opportunities and solutions, transforming challenges into initiatives that generate value and results.

Guilherme is a multidisciplinary professional with a hands-on approach, who has experience in finance, commodities and innovation.

A degree in Technology, an MBA in Business Administration from FGV and an MBA in Agribusiness from USP/Esalq. He is a specialist and speaker on technologies and data for agribusiness, with extensive experience in solutions for risk and credit analysis, driving better decision-making and sustainability in the agribusiness sector.

A civil engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), Guilherme Campos Júnior has a track record in the public sector and in institutional management, with experience in various leadership roles. He is currently Secretary for Agricultural Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA). Between 2023 and 2024, he served as Federal Superintendent of Agriculture and Livestock for the State of São Paulo. He was also Administrative and Financial Director of Sebrae-SP, Chairman of the Brazilian Post and Telegraph Company, as well as serving two terms as a Federal Deputy and holding the posts of Deputy Mayor and Municipal Secretary for Trade, Industry, Services and Tourism in Campinas, São Paulo. During his time in the National Congress, he chaired parliamentary groups focusing on micro and small enterprises, the fight against piracy and the property market, as well as leading initiatives related to economic development and tax rationalisation. At CONACREDI 2026, he will take part in the BREAKING POINT session, offering his institutional perspective on the challenges posed by the new landscape of credit and default in agribusiness.
