He currently acts as counsel for major agribusiness companies (trading firms, distributors and suppliers of agricultural inputs). In his role as the lawyer responsible for civil litigation strategy at J. Ercílio de Oliveira Advogados, he coordinates 160 judicial reorganisation cases, always acting in the interests of creditors; as such, he is an authority in this field. He is a member of the team of consultants at Plantar Educação (Siagri Educação) as an agricultural law specialist in agribusiness.
